The jockey guided $39 chance Chat to an upset victory in the Group 2 Theo Marks Stakes, surging past Embracer in the final 10 metres to secure the win.
Short-priced favourite Big Parade was disappointing in third, the gelding controlling the pace before fading down the Kembla Grange straight.
Ryan's win came after he steered Robert and Luke Price's Jamaea to victory in the Furious Stakes last weekend.
The apprentice has turned heads in the Sydney racing scene after a stunning run of form. That has seen Ryan receive attention from the sport's top trainers and he hasn't let them down.
"I'm getting great opportunities and I've been able to capitalise on them the last few months," Ryan said. "It's good to be able to get the job done for these trainers."
While Chat jumped at $39, the form suggested he would be in the mix in a talented field.
Ryan rode the gelding to victory in the July Sprint before Rachel King guided him to second in the Group 2 Missile Stakes.
Chat was disappointing last start, running seventh in the Show County Quality behind Private Eye, Embracer and Icebath.
The five-year-old turned the tables on those three horses on Saturday, however they remain on track for bigger races later in the spring.
With Big Parade taking charge, the runners were strung out and Ryan said it set his mount up for victory.
"It was a good setup for him today, there was always going to be a solid tempo.
"It was a funny run race, they just ripped along all in one line. I had a nice sit on them, peeled out and he let down really good."
It wasn't all good news for Ryan, however, with the jockey facing the stewards for his use of the whip.
The apprentice pleaded guilty to striking Chat eight times before the final 100m and another 13 times as the mount charged towards the line.
Stewards handed Ryan a six-day suspension and a $2500 fine.
The ban will commence on Sunday September 19 and conclude on Friday September 24.
The timing will allow Ryan to ride Robert and Luke Price's Jamaea in the Group 1 Golden Rose on September 25.
