The jockey guided the boom filly to victory in the Furious Stakes last-start.
Ryan rode Jamaea in a track gallop during Thursday's Kembla Grange meeting as Robert and Luke Price put the finishing touches on her preparation.
Despite winning twice at Group 2 level, the Golden Rose will mark a new test. Jamaea is likely to be the only filly in the race and is currently rated a $26 chance.
Star colt Anamoe is the $2 favourite but Luke is confident his runner can challenge the boys.
"I'm so happy with where she's at and how she's doing," Price said. "I feel she's going to peak next week.

"I think we've got the best filly so can't wait to see how she levels up against the boys. Bring them on."
