A walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Aboriginal people will open in Dapto this weekend as part of a statewide blitz.

Aboriginal people aged 12 and over will be able to attend Dapto Ribbonwood Centre, near Dapto Mall, between 9am and 4pm on Sunday, September 19 to receive their Pfizer shot.
The temporary clinic will be staffed by Aboriginal people to provide a culturally safe place, and walk-ins are welcome.
The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District will also operate a pop-up vaccination clinic for Aboriginal residents at the Lake Illawarra PCYC on Reddall Parade on Monday, September 20.
The clinic will be open from 9.30am to 4pm and while people can walk in, it is advised they make a booking first by calling or texting 0436 816 256.
The Pfizer vaccine is also available from participating GPs, as well as the Illawarra Shoalhaven Mass Vaccination Centre in Wollongong.
