RDA Illawarra chief executive Debra Murphy said topics being discussed include asking what are the Illawarra's critical skills shortage areas?
Ms Murphy said it would also look at how to identify key skills shortages, what skills will the Illawarra need post-lockdown, and what needs to be done to address skills needs post-lockdown.
She said after identifying the region's needs the October 6 roundtable would develop an action plan to create and attract skills.
