Unanderra Public School will be open for staff and students today, a NSW Department of Education spokesperson announced this morning.
The school was closed on Wednesday after a member of the school community tested positive to COVID-19.
The department spokesperson said students and staff identified as close contacts have been notified and asked to self-isolate for the required period and follow the NSW health advice and protocols.
Each school has been thoroughly cleaned and will reopen Thursday, October 14, for any child who is unable to learn from home.
