"There is a boat on the beach, but there's nothing too problematic about it," they said.

It is understood the boat either washed up or was brought in on the last high tide.

NSW Maritime, Marine Rescue and the owner of the vessel have all been informed of its unorthodox resting place.

It is not yet known when it will be removed.
