A man will re-appear in court next month after being charged over an alleged sexual act at Figtree on Saturday.

About 1.30pm on Saturday, the 46-year-old allegedly approached a teenage girl on the footpath of Oleander Avenue, Figtree, and carried out a sexual act in front of her.
Police have been told the man was confronted by a member of the public before leaving the scene.
The teenage girl also left the scene before officers from Wollongong Police District arrived on scene.
Following inquiries, police attended an address at nearby Nebo Drive, Figtree and located the man.
He was arrested and taken to Wollongong Police Station where he was charged with carry out sexual act with another without consent, and behave in offensive manner in/near public place.
The man appeared at Wollongong Local Court on Sunday, where he was granted strict conditional bail.
He will return to Wollongong court on November 30.
Investigations are continuing into the incident.
