Two teenagers have been arrested over the theft of a beach buggy at Bull Surf Life Saving Club on Saturday night.
At 3.15am on Sunday, members of the public who had found the buggy bogged in the sand after it had been driven along the beach then called police.

With the assistance of the bystanders, police removed the buggy from the sand and drove it back to the club's premises on Trinity Row.
When they arrived, police saw the premises had been broken into and a number of items had been stolen, including a surf rescue board and a mega-phone.
The stolen items, including the buggy, are estimated to be worth about $23,000.
Following inquiries and a public appeal for information - which included the release of CCTV vision - two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, were arrested at Wollongong Police Station about 4.10pm on Monday.
The teens will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
