Suttle Shades keeps raising bar as the longest running award winner at the Annual Alliance Conference.
The National Showcase Dealer of the Year award is judged on sales, sales growth, local marketing initiatives, showroom presentation and customer feedback.
Suttle Shades' relationship with Luxaflex Window Fashions brand started in 1997.
"It was a big surprise to win this award again and we are very grateful to be acknowledged for our efforts," Mrs Suttle said.
"Although there were lockdowns and restrictions due to COVID-19, we were able to navigate through challenges by providing high quality and consistent customer service over many phone calls and emails and following all NSW health protocols.
"We are fortunate to have loyal customers and the Luxaflex brand to support us."
Despite lockdowns in the past financial year, Suttle Shades has enjoyed steady growth.
The business has also continued to sponsor local sporting clubs.
Mrs Suttle said in the business does not plan to rest on its laurels.
She said Suttle Shades is aiming to increase sales and continue it growth and is hoping to expand our team to help achieve that goal.
