The Sea Cliff Bridge and Symbio Wildlife Park occupy the most expensive squares on the board in dark blue, while Wollongong Botanic Garden and Nan Tien Temple are on the lowest prices squares in brown.
Winning Moves Australia, makers of custom Monopoly boards licensed from Hasbro, created the new board with natural and cultural attractions, as well as landmarks known for sport and education.
The game will retail for around $50 and be available online and through various tourist hubs across the region.
