CLIMATE CHANGE PREDICTIONS

The Broelman cartoon in Monday's Mercury aptly sums up the end of COP26 in Glasgow with a monstrous cruise ship waiting to ferry the delegates home, not realising that most had already flown home in their private jets. Meanwhile, back in Oz, flooding rains have yet again filled Wyangala and Warragamba dams to overflowing. Down in Tassie, an Antarctic blast has turned Hobart into a winter wonderland, only two weeks before the start of summer. Has this November in Wollongong been the coldest ever?
