COVID-19 case numbers continue to remain low, with just one case recorded in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District in the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday, November 16.

The case is from the 2525 postcode in the Wollongong Local Government Area and investigations are ongoing. There have been 2,489 local cases of COVID-19 in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District since June.
Despite the low case numbers in recent weeks, the local health district has reminded the community to remain vigilant for even the mildest of symptoms, and to come forward for testing and vaccination.
Across NSW 231 COVID cases were recorded up on 212 cases on Tuesday. No deaths have been recorded overnight.
