The Bearded Bakers are known for making the dish knafeh - a cheese-based Middle Eastern dessert - while also entertaining people with their exuberant music, singing and dancing.
Bearded Bakers founder Ameer El-Issa said he had known Hawks president and co-owner Dorry Kordahi for years, and "jumped when he asked to be part of the Hawks' game day experience".
"The Illawarra region is a rich melting pot of a wide mix of cultures and nationalities and we are firmly committed to connecting emotionally with our diverse community and what better way than through their appetite," Mr Kordahi said.
The Bearded Bakers' kitchen will open in Harbour Street outside the WIN Entertainment Centre from 5.30pm Saturday.
They will also be on hand to amuse spectators during the game's half-time entertainment.
