Crews were called to Albion Park shortly before 4.15pm, following reports a boy had been struck by a car near the Terry Street intersection.
"A number of crews attended, and found a teenage boy," the NSW Ambulance spokesperson said.
"He was treated at the scene for minor injuries including grazes and scrapes."
The boy was taken by ambulance to Wollongong Hospital in a stable condition.
