You could even kick off the weekend with the purchase of a new home.
The home at 19 Langson Avenue, Figtree will go to auction via the AuctionNow online platform on Friday at 5.30pm.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home has an auction guide of $1.15 million.
Selling agent, Neil Webster from Stone Real Estate Illawarra said the home was getting interest from local and Sydney buyers, who found its location, which backs on to a reserve and is close to schools, appealing.
The home has recently been renovated and updated.

A series of residential blocks at Hillside Crescent, Stanwell Park will go under the hammer on-site on Saturday.
Interested parties can lodge bids in person or online via AuctionNow.
The Palms, Stanwell Park features five parcels of land, with lots ranging from 555 square metres to 4105 square metres.
Selling agent, Simon Kersten from Colliers Wollongong said the blocks will be sold individually.
He said the blocks were drawing local interest, with buyers there seeing it as a chance to upgrade and build their dream home; as well as from Sydney buyers, particularly the Sutherland Shire.
He said the blocks closer to the water were expected to fetch around $2 million each, with Lot 2 the closest to the water.
He said Lot 1 featured the best water views and an acre of land.
Meanwhile, the home at 15 Barwon Place, Albion Park will be auctioned on-site on Saturday.
The home sits on 2199 square metres.
The main dwelling features four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as formal and informal lounge and dining rooms.
There is also a detached fully self-contained dwelling with bi-fold glass doors.
Selling agent, Colin Yeaman from Illawarra Estate Agents said the listing was attracting interest from buyers within Albion Park, other parts of the Illawarra, the South Coast and Sydney.
"It's the size of the land and the privacy, being that you only have one neighbour, is what's appealing to a wide range of people," he said.
He said there wasn't currently a price guide, but there had been interest in the home in the $1.3 million to $1.4 million range.
The property at 66 Shearwater Drive, Berkeley will be auctioned on-site on Saturday.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is set on 559 square metres.
It has a price guide of $1 million.
Selling agent, Jason Capelo from DiJones Illawarra said there was interest from local buyers, as well as those looking to relocate from southern Sydney.
"It's a really solid home - you've got basically 180-degree views of the lake and the escarpment, and from the balcony you can see all the way down to Bass Point," he said.
"It's also got the potential to come in and add your own personal touch by updating the kitchen and bathrooms."
