CEO of the Hub, Mandy Booker, said they have 83 children and families in supported accommodation and 30 families in crisis accommodation this festive season.
"A special mention to our volunteers from Illawarra St George Dragons that gave up their day to help pack our family hampers for next week's deliveries," she said.
"We will continue to receive donations and pack Christmas hampers until Wednesday December 22.
"We have seen a demand that has been like no other Christmas, however as always we end a very difficult year for so many with the reminder of how generous and caring the people of the Illawarra are."
In addition to those in crisis or supported accommodation, the Hub will support more than 150 people through their drop in centre and assertive outreach patrols over the Christmas period.
