On Sunday, May 8, people can run, walk or jog a course that begins in Stuart Park and takes in the Blue Mile.
This year is the 25th anniversary of the Mother's Day Classic, which has seen over 1.5 million people raise almost $40 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
There will also be events in Sydney, Huskisson and Eurobodalla, among several other locations across NSW.
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia.
Every day, 55 people are diagnosed with the disease and tragically, nine people die from it.
However, research is having an impact - since 1994, the five-year survival rate has increased from 76 per cent to 91.5 per cent.
