All Illawarra schools will be non-operational tomorrow following the torrential rain that has hit the region over the last two days.

NSW Department of Education has issued this edict following advice from police and health authorities.
"There is a significant risk of localised flooding around schools and staff being unable to access schools.
"Accessibility is a major risk and we do not want to expose our students or staff to risk to travelling to school, we have been advised to stay off the roads," the warning to parents said.
The Department provided parents with a learning from home link but stressed students did not have to use it.
