In an Instagram post to fans late Tuesday, the Boys Will be Boys singer sat in a Bodytype black hoodie "to keep her warm", and told fans her shows would be moved to early May.
"I'm really sorry, I was so pumped," Donnelly said.
The gig at La La La's in Globe Lane included support acts Bodytype and Banjo Lucia, while the Sydney show also scheduled for this week has been affected.
The concerts have been moved to Wednesday May 4 for Wollongong, and Thursday May 5 for Sydney.
Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, but if patrons are able to attend they will need to request a refund from point of purchase before Thursday April 29.
Nothing has been said about whether her other upcoming days in Byron Bay (April 28) and Brisbane (April 29) will also be affected.
