The ticketed show will take place in The Pavilion Kiama and features a line-up of performers, including jugglers, acrobats, musicians and stuntman, but is just a "little bit naughtier" than the free daytime shows that will take place over the weekend.
Tickets are available here.
Organisers of the KISS Arts Festival are excited to be back in 2022 after COVID lockdowns caused it to move online in 2020 and run on a much smaller scale last year.
The event, to take place at Black Beach Reserve, Kiama, from Friday, April 22 to Sunday, April 24, was started 10 years ago by Tamara Campbell and her husband Dave Evans to "bring people together" and be entertained by the line-up of street theatre, circus, comedy and musical acts from across the country and around the world.
"This event is truly special and unique. It is accessible, inclusive and fun for all ages," Ms Campbell said.
A jam-packed schedule of events will run at three locations - the main stage, the Kazador tent and Cafe de Rude.
Saturday's schedule of events will start at noon and run throughout the day and into the evening.
Sunday's festivities will kick off at 10.45am before the festival wraps up that night.
Lantern making workshops will be held on Saturday and Sunday, culminating in a breathtaking lantern parade.
The much-anticipated raft race will also make a return this year, with teams asked to register for the event.
There is also a stand-up comedy show for kids on Saturday afternoon, and an evening fire show planned for that evening.
Adults-only shows will be held both evenings, but the rest of the time guests of all ages are welcome to come along.
A full schedule of events can be found here.
Campbell, who is also the festival's creative director, said as always, there will also be plenty of community participation components of the free festival, which has something for all ages, including performances by bands and international street performers on the main stage, while circus and variety acts will also perform nearby and a sideshow will be set up.
The festival is sponsored by Destination Kiama, Kiama Council, Ray White Kiama, Furniture One Kiama/Picton, and Festivals Australia Funding, as well as other businesses and individuals.
