If your mornings don't include swimming and cycling and running, best avoid Wollongong's harbour precinct and Blue Mile on Sunday.

The Peoplecare triTheGong triathlon festival is on again and a number of roads around the area, and further north, are affected.
The action officially gets underway at Lang Park at 5am but traffic will feel the pinch an hour later when road blocks are enforced.
The traffic changes will remain in place until 1pm.
Event organiser, Elite Energy, has said it has attempted to minimise disruption to businesses and residents while working with emergency authorities also.
Now in its ninth year the festival has been consolidated into a one-day event hosting four different triathlons and two kid's races.
The presentation wraps up the competitive side of the day at 1.30pm.
"The weekend's event is made possible by droves of volunteers who will give up their time to support this great community event," Elite Energy CEO Mark Emerton said.
