In another Premier League round ruined by rain - with five out of six games postponed - Takumi Ofuka and Jacob Gjorsevski both scored braces to guide the Blueys to a thumping victory at Ocean Park.
The result capped a big week for Chipperfield's men, who played out a 1-1 draw with Cringila on Easter Monday before falling 8-0 in Wednesday's Australia Cup fixture against NPL club Rockdale Ilinden.
But Tarrawanna showed no signs of fatigue on Saturday, firing out to a 3-0 halftime lead before pressing on in the second half.
"I've worked my way around what our best eleven is,'' Chipperfield said. ''We had our Japanese guy Takumi start and he absolutely killed it. He scored two goals and set one up, and Jacob did well too.
''Obviously the three points was really good but the way we went about it was more pleasing.
"Woonona had a couple of chances, but our goalkeeper made two great saves towards the end, so it was great to keep a clean sheet."

The win put the Blueys in second spot on the IPL ladder, having banked two wins and a draw from four starts.
They are scheduled to next face Corrimal on Saturday, weather pending.
"It's been tough with the weather, so it was good to get on the field and get a result," Chipperfield said.
"We haven't trained on grass in about nine-and-a-half weeks because of the weather. We've trained on a tennis court, we've played football tennis and gone to the gym, so I was pleased with the way the boys played considering we haven't done much work on the pitch."
The District League was also restricted to just a handful of games on the weekend, with Fernhill thrashing Berkeley Sports 4-0 and the Hearts winning 4-2 over the Falcons.
