Gunshots fired at house in Corrimal

Police have set up a crime scene in Corrimal after shots were fired into a house this afternoon.The attack occurred on a house in Cresting Ave about 1.40pm, police said.No-one was was home when the attack occurred, and no-one was injured.

Leave a message below, or email us.Officers are searching for a white utility that was seen leaving the street at the time of the shooting.Superintendent Kyle Stewart said no motive had been established for the shooting.Police had not ruled out the involvement of outlaw motorcycle gangs in the attack.Forensic police are on their way to the house to investigate the shooting.For full coverage see Wednesday's Mercury.
