Evans, 40, entered the plea at the end of the committal hearing in Wollongong Local Court today.
However the basis of the murder charge and the facts of the case are in dispute.
As her lawyer entered the guilty plea on her behalf, Evans burst into tears.
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie committed Woonona man Bradley Max Rawlinson, 40, Bernard Justin Spicer, 31, from Whalan, and Michelle Sharon Proud, 28, from Eastern Creek, to stand trial in the NSW Supreme Court on August 2.
Ms Foreman, 31, was killed when a huge blaze ripped through her Corrimal home on October 27 2011.
