A thief made off with cash and cigarettes after robbing a Coniston convenience store at knife point on Saturday.

A 26-year-old female store attendant was working in the Gladstone Avenue shop when a male approached the counter about 8.15pm and threatened her with a knife.
The woman later told police the male jumped the counter and demanded money from her.
She handed him cash and cigarettes and he ran out of the shop.
The woman, injured in the robbery, contacted police.
Officers attended the shop and set up a crime scene.
The area was later examined by specialist forensic officers.
Police also searched the area using a police dog, however the male was not located.
He was last seen running west along Heaslip Street and police believe he made his way to Swan Street in Wollongong.
Detectives are continuing investigations into the robbery and are looking for a male who has only been described as wearing a dark blue T-shirt, dark blue shorts and white joggers.
