Seven months down the track and that feeling remains as strong as ever for the Unanderra woman, who is working hard in preparation for her second competition, which is on April 27, in Newcastle.
On May 4, the 29-year-old will compete in the fitness model category of the South Coast Natural Physique Championships at Shellharbour Workers Club.
"I only entered my first competition in September last year.
"I competed in ANB in the fitness model category on the Central Coast," Golledge said.
"I got most of my information online and from my partner.
"I came seventh out of 11 and it was the most exhilarating experience of my life. To train so hard for something and then be able to stand on stage with the most amazing, disciplined people was a blessing.
"I came out of it even more determined and started planning my next competition straight away."
In January, Golledge teamed with Daniel Chapman from Definition Fitness Wollongong.
"He is an awesome trainer," she said.
"He has been helping me with my diet and training in preparation for the two competitions coming up."
