The shape of the six-bedroom home mirrored the contours of the cliffs surrounding it, said agent Matthew Crockett of Ray White Albion Park.
Mr Crockett said the home at 796 Calderwood Road, Calderwood was set against the backdrop of the Illawarra escarpment.
"The escarpment rock face blends into the gentle undulation of rainforest and then finally opens out into five acres of lush peaceful green," Mr Crockett said in the property's listing.
"Sitting in the midst of this sea of green, every need has been thought of and covered."
Mr Crockett said the property had 270-degree views from the escarpment to the valley, golf course, and the ocean. Two of the six bedrooms have marble en suites.
The master bedroom has a hand-crafted glass viewing wall and its own entrance.
There are a further two marble bathrooms.
The kitchen features granite benchtops, stainless steel Miele appliances, including a built-in automatic coffee machine.
Other touches include bluegum floors, high ceilings, and fire place.
Outdoors there is a 50,000-litre self-cleaning infinity pool with timber decking, a remote-controlled double garage and extra parking for guests, storage and workshop, and a 100,000-litre water tank and biocycle waste system. A creek and waterfall run through the outskirts of the property.
The home is open for inspection today from 11am to 11.45am and from 1.15pm to 1.45pm.
It will go to auction on Saturday, June 14, at 2.30pm.
