A Sussex Inlet man has been charged in relation to the armed theft of a car in East Hills last month.
Police say three men went to a property on Henry Lawson Drive shortly after 3am on June 24, where they threatened a man with a metal pole before stealing his Lexus sedan.
Strike Force Lagul began investigations and arrested a 25-year-old man at Nowra on Tuesday.
He was charged with armed robbery and demanding property with menaces. He was granted conditional bail and will appear before Nowra Local Court on August 8.
The strike force includes members of the Property Crime Squad and Shoalhaven Local Area Command. It was created in April to investigate a number of aggravated break, enter and steal crimes in southern NSW, including a ram-raid robbery of an ATM at Wandandian and the theft of a Toyota Hilux dual cab in Booderee.
So far six people have been arrested and charged by detectives attached to the strike force.
