"The exam was much easier than last year's," she said.
The 17-year-old said the questions were straightforward and borrowed information from each other.
"There was a step-by-step process as the questions went on and they were similar to the trials so I got quite lucky," she said.
The HSC student also studied Extension Maths 1, along with the science trinity of Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Her subject selections reflect the prerequisites she needs to fulfil her dreams of studying medicine.
Noor's desire to be a paediatrician stems from her love of children, combined with a hint of family influence.
"A lot of my family members are doctors - my mum actually gave me the options of being a doctor or a teacher and I chose medicine," she said.
Her tip for next year's HSC students was to start preparing well in advance.
"In the school holidays, do as many exercises as you can so there's less pressure during weekdays when you're at school," she said.
Depending on her results she plans to take up a combined Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
