Almost 200 local, national and international acts will play the pearl anniversary of the Bulli festival, to be held from January 15 to 18.
Performers from Switzerland, Canada, India, Denmark, the US and UK will rub shoulders with some of the best-loved Australian and Illawarra folk acts at Bulli showground, with more than 450 performances in 13 venues around the festival site.
The likes of Stephen Pigram, Eric Bogle, Ted Egan and Claude Hay will fly the flag for the Aussie contingent, while international visitors include Bettina Schalker, the Anna Ludlow Band and Afenginn.
Other acts include Big Erle, the Go Set and the Lurkers.
The popular songwriting contest with a cash prize will return, as will the folk school, which will offer 40 workshops hosted by visiting artists.
