Genesis Building Company is the developer and builder of the 1-3 Redman development which is due for completion in April 2016.
Genesis focuses on upmarket, boutique-style developments and luxury homes and has recently completed the two luxury penthouse apartments in the Anita's Theatre complex.
The developer is also due to start another development which has been sold off the plan called Centro Apartments, next door to Thirroul library.
One Agency Denison Pender Property, Thirroul, is handling the sale of 1-3 Redman, located in the centrally located Redman Avenue.
Principal Vanessa Denison-Pender described the five luxury-appointed townhouses as the "perfect, low-maintenance downsizer".
"Designed to maximise space and natural light with open-plan living and spacious outdoor courtyards, these luxury boutique townhouses bring a whole new level of comfort, convenience, security and privacy to townhouse living," she said.
The three-bedroom townhouses feature two bathrooms, a double garage and boast ocean views, and can be brought off the plan now.
It's yet another act in the saga of Anita's Theatre which was built as an open-air theatre, called Kings Theatre, in 1912.
In 1968 the theatre was turned into a roller-skating rink and since then the site has been the subject of numerous, and varied, development applications - including a police station.
Former owner and developer John Comelli spent millions on an ornate fit-out before it reopened as a theatre in 2007.
He named it Anita's Theatre in memory of his late wife.
Balgownie businessman Rennie Cristini bought the theatre for $1.05 million in 2011, and sold it to Brusnik Enterprises in November 2013 for $1.4 million.
Though Anita's Theatre's new owners are transforming the venue once again into a thriving spot for music and the arts, the fate of the theatre's rear car park had been unclear until now.
