Southbound motorists are being diverted along the M1 Princes Motorway while there is no access to the southbaound lane of Bulli Pass.
Both lanes of Bulli Pass were closed while emergency services and traffic crews worked to clean up the road and and right the truck.
The truck has now been recovered and only the southbound lane remains closed.
Emergency services were called to the crash, near the bottom of Bulli Pass, about 1.20pm.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said the driver, understood to be a 50-year-old man, is out of the truck. He was assessed for a cut to his head and minor injuries.
Motorists travelling south are advised to allow additional travel time.
