The business, also known as the Otford Apple Pie Shop, is located at 22 Lady Wakehurst Drive and is being sold in a package with a three-bedroom home.
Selling agent Mattias Samuelsson, of Ray White Helensburgh, said the Otford Pantry was established in 1952 and was known nationally and internationally.
"The charming cafe/takeaway is perfectly positioned on the Grand Pacific Drive at the southern entrance to the Royal National Park, which is visited by more than four million people annually," he said.
"This consistent flow of potential customers provides you with a very appealing financial return and also presents huge potential growth to an already flourishing business.
"The business has built a great reputation over the years, however this is a chance for someone to step in and create their own legacy."
Mr Samuelsson said the home was positioned on 1462 square metres of landscaped gardens with an in-ground pool.
He said the home had several separate living areas, large entertaining decks to the front and rear, a loft rumpus/study, driveway parking and lock-up garage with workshop.
Directly opposite is a short trail that leads to Bulgo Beach.
"This is a lifestyle that many aspire to but few ever have the opportunity to attain," Mr Samuelsson said.
The property is open for inspection on Saturday from 11am to 11.30am and will go to auction on Saturday, May 16, at 11.30am.
