Thirroul businesswoman Kirrily Sinclair flagged plans for the twilight markets in May last year, saying Foragers patrons has been asking for a night time food market for some time.
The markets will run from 5pm to 10pm.
The weekly Thursday markets in Wollongong will remain the same, as will the Foragers schedule at Bulli.
