Belle Property principal Darren Kay said the much loved block was rare to go on sale, while when they did it was usually privately through word of mouth.
Already the three-bedroom, two bathroom home has welcomed 83 groups through in two viewing days to take in the views from Osbourne park, Belmore Basin and the lighthouse.
