A Wollongong City Council employee accused of spying on women through peep holes in the walls of the Helenburgh pool change room has been named in court as Wayne Pullen.

The 60-year-old, from Thirroul, is charged with five counts of ‘peep or pry’ over allegations he spied on swimmers three times on March 7 and twice on March 14.
His lawyers told the court they may seek to have the matter dealt with under mental health legislation. It will return to court June 28.
