Homebuyers or investors keen to buy on of the 221 apartments in the complex, which will also host around 10 commercial spaces, can step inside a replica apartment across the road from the site.
It’s a model of a two-bedroom unit, though without the main bedroom and ensuite, with a true-to-size balcony opening onto the lounge room and second bedroom.
Colliers Wollongong managing director Simon Kersten said the residential side will go to market on August 20 though he has already taken 150 appointments from potential buyers.
