Ms Kayle because of her own experience with mental health she wanted to help anyway she could.
“I stand here today as someone who has had mental illness for 22 years. I have suffered from anxiety and depression. I immigrated from South Africa at age 22. I have overcome...mental and physical abuse. I have had my own personal experience with cervical cancer. And I have been left with nothing twice. But through all that I have been blessed and I thank God every day for having the most amazing three daughters.”
Ms Kayle said no matter how hard life has been sometimes“I have always tried to be a pillar of strength to my girls because I am a leading role model in their lives”.
She is now commonly referred to as Coach Kayle and is giving back to the community that supported her when she started the business with 10 clients and the fear of not even know how she was going to pay the rent.
“This community is absolutely amazing and two years on we have 1200 clients. Commitment and community is absolutely everything. And the gift of giving and sharing is what I stand and live by. I try and instill that into my children and I am so happy that Chloe is a part of this.”
