The Cutters were narrowly defeated 19-16 by an energetic and desperate Wentworthville Magpies side last round and will be keen to end their regular competition season on a strong note.
Carr, a local Helensburgh Tigers junior, believes the team need to turn up with a greater energy and get back to what has worked for the them in recent times heading into the finals.
“The focus needs to be playing our own game against the Roos,” Carr said.
“It was a tough game against Wentworthville on the weekend. They bought a lot of energy which I think we lacked. We just need to stick to our sets and points will come. Momentum is huge this time of year, and if we can put together a good performance and come away with a win, it will put us in a good position heading into the finals."
