A 30-year-old man has been charged with refusing a breath test after he was allegedly spotted driving on the wrong side of the Princes Highway in Nowra on Saturday night.

Concerned members of the public flagged the Nissan Patrol’s erratic driving with authorities about 11.30pm.

Police were told the vehicle was swerving all over the road and almost collided with other vehicles.

A man was arrested at the property and taken to Nowra Police Station, where he allegedly refused to undergo a breath analysis.

He was charged with failing to undergo a breath analysis and dangerous driving, his licence was suspended and he will appear before court at a later date.
