Mr Lamont’s latest architecturally-designed, split-level house at 40 George Avenue, Bulli is being offered for sale off the plan by Jayne Langford from Belle Property Wollongong.
The north-facing home is listed for sale for $1.6 million to $1.7 million.
Features include a designer kitchen, gas cooktop, electric oven, considerable storage and outlook; solar powered saltwater pool expanding to entertainer's courtyard; and a spacious master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
“Kim is using the latest building materials including rendered hebel, expressed matrix cladding, weatherboard, colorbond and selected pavers to produce a stunning home with a modern aesthetic that young families and professionals are demanding today,” Ms Langford said.
“The house will also feature surround sound and a solar powered in-ground saltwater pool.
“The house will be built on a north-facing block overlooking unobstructed escarpment views and a leafy reserve.”
Ms Langford said the “amazing” house will provide an abundance of living space for all the family, with four bedrooms designed on a different level to the private master bedroom.
“There are three living rooms and three bathrooms providing lots of room for all the family and visitors,” she said.
“There has been interest from Sydney and local buyers.
“The demand in the northern Illawarra area has not slowed down, especially for well-designed new properties.
“The opportunity to buy this home off the plan will allow the purchaser to have some input into the finishes regarding internal colours, before it is built to allow them to put their signature on the building.”
