The ANZ ATM will remain in its place until a new permanent location in the suburb is identified.
The spokeswoman said ANZ data showed the volume of branch deposits and withdrawals nationwide fell by over 10 per cent in the 12 months to July this year, while digital transfers had increased by more than 5 per cent.
“Technology is fundamentally changing the way Australians go about their banking,” she said.
