Keira and University delivered a tie, Helensburgh won a one-run thriller and Wollongong are the only side with three wins following Saturday's round three of Illawarra Twenty20.
Keira messed up their chase finishing 2-120 to tie with University (8-120), after Taun Stanham (51) and Mitch Hearn (31no) top-scored for the Students.
Jono Cook (56no) and Doug Murphy (26no) had a long partnership and Keira were favoured to win with eight wickets in hand and needing only 36 off the final five overs.
But tight Uni bowling, led by James McQuiggin (1-17) put enough pressure on the Lions to force a tie.
Keira and Corrimal are co-leaders (10 points) in Pool B after the Cougars posted a 43-run win over Northern Districts.
Corrimal made 7-139, led by Jaymee Dillon's 42, with Norths bowled out for 96.
Phil Kirby took 2-7 off four overs for Corrimal.
Helensburgh kept their semi-final hopes alive in Pool A with a one-run win over Dapto in their charity clash for the Sydney Children's Hospital at Reed Park.
The Burgh posted 3-142, led by opener Duncan Hunt (59) and Josh Piper (31).
Dapto were right in the game after skipper Michael Stephenson made 40 and Richard Marsh 36, needing 14 to win off the last over bowled by Helensburgh coach Tim Lloyd.
Dapto needed two off the final ball to win but Chris Georgiou was run out.
"It's a big win for us," Lloyd said.
"After throwing one away the previous game it was good to win a close one.
"It was tense at the end, but fortunately we stay alive for the semis."
In other games, Andrew Hicks (40) top-scored as Wollongong (7-131) beat Wests Illawarra (5-125) with Andrew Tougher (54) top-scoring.
Wollongong's Shane Fanning made 23 and took 1-17.
Balgownie (3-157) made it two wins from three rounds with an easy victory over Port Kembla (70 all out).
The Twenty20 competition ends with a double-header on January 11.
