Four injured in Shoalhaven Heads crash

A 29-year-old woman was flown to St George Hospital with serious facial injuries following a two-vehicle crash near Shoalhaven Heads on Monday.

A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said the crash happened about 1.25pm on the corner of Bolong and Coolangatta roads.

In addition to the woman, three other people were also transported to hospital.

Two people, one suffering an arm injury and the other suffering a neck injury were taken to Shoalhaven Hospital, while the third was taken to Wollongong Hospital suffering chest pains.

The intersection was closed while emergency services responded, and was reopened before 3pm.
