Former Australian under-21 rep Brad Hill became the fourth player signed for next season on Wednesday and coach Gordie McLeod heads to the US on Thursday to search for two new imports.
New Hawks owner James Spenceley is determined to make basketball the hottest ticket in town.
"This is a new era for the Hawks and the first of a number of exciting signings," Spenceley said.
"Under the new proposed ownership we are going to put a stronger team on the court and a better game night entertainment."
The Hawks have reviewed season tickets and supporter memberships and are aiming to sell out the opening game of the season against Townsville on October 10 at WIN Entertainment Centre.
"Season tickets have been revamped with lower-priced entry-level tickets to entice Wollongong back to the game and make it a more affordable price point for everyone to experience," Hawks marketing and business manager Courtney Beaton said.
"With the club under proposed new ownership and revised game night entertainment, we're looking forward to an exciting season."
