Ask anyone leaving Balls Paddock after Saturday's blockbuster between Bulli and Dapto Dandaloo Fury and they probably would have been thinking the same thing.
Just how good was Dean Heffernan?
"It was the Heffernan show wasn't it? He was the difference," Fury coach Norm Boardman said after the match.
While it mightn't have been a one-man show - five Bulli players scored in the 5-0 rout - Heffernan brought that little something special to the table for the biggest match this season.
The former A-League player scored once and assisted a few more in a dominant display for the Northern Suburbs club.
"He has that quality factor," Bulli coach Ben Smith said.
"We have got a great team but when you bring in a great player like that, you bring him in for a reason - to try and make us better. He has made us better.
"He is a good lad as well. He fits in really well with the boys, he is very comfortable here and at the moment things are going well."
Smith can only hope that form continues for the rest of the season as Bulli try to wrap up the League Championship title after a string of runner-up results in recent years.
Bulli play Bellambi this weekend then Wollongong United, Tarrawanna, South Coast United and Albion Park White Eagles in the run home.
