Five players scored in double figures as the Wollongong Roller Hawks claimed the bronze medal with a 96-72 defeat of Victoria in Perth on Sunday.
A seven-point loss to Victoria in Friday's minor semi-final knocked the Roller Hawks out of the title race.
But the Vics went down to Perth in Saturday's preliminary final and dropped into a playoff for third against Wollongong.
Led by Michael Auprince's 23 points, the Roller Hawks gained revenge for Friday's defeat.
Adam Deans finished with 18 points, while Brett Stibners, Luke Pople and Nick Taylor each had 17.
Perth bounced back from a surprise loss to Queensland in the major semi-final to win the gold medal game 79-55.
"Victoria came out with all guns blazing on Friday and deserved their win, but we turned the tide in the bronze medal game," Roller Hawks president Pablo Jimenez said.
"Our guys came out playing hard and fast. We led at the end of every quarter and dominated the game."
