The Sandon Point Tent Embassy founder entered not guilty pleas to 15 charges during an arraignment hearing in Campbelltown District Court on Wednesday morning.
Kennedy is accused of abusing a young girl repeatedly between 1991 and 1999, including having sexual intercourse with her between 1992 and 1998, when she was aged 10 to 16.
The trial is set to begin on December 7 in Campbelltown, and is expected to run for multiple weeks.
Kennedy will remain free on bail in the meantime.
