4. Bananas are packed with B vitamins, are high in fibre, carbohydrates and potassium allowing for normal cell function, and are readily available.
5. Avocado is rich in “monounsaturated fats”. These fats improve your cholesterol profile, decrease the amount of triglycerides (more fats) floating around in your blood. It can also potentially lower your risk of stroke and heart disease.
