The threat was sent about 11pm Thursday, prompting staff to call police early Friday morning.
The all-clear was given at 9.50am after staff, police and a bomb detection dog searched the grounds. Students attended an assembly in the interim.
Wollongong police duty officer Inspector Jim Fryday said Friday’s threat came from the same overseas email address involved in a threat to Dapto High School Tuesday morning.
Both threats indicated a bomb would go off at 1.30pm.
Police inquiries are ongoing.
